Lisa spent six years with management consultants McKinsey & Company and seven years with accountancy firm Ernst & Young. She has worked with Baker Tilly accountancy as a Projects Manager and with executive search company Egon Zehnder International in London and Sydney as a researcher.

Lisa's interest in the field of relocation was born from her extensive work with consultants, directors and partners within the corporate environment and a hands on involvement and interest in assisting these people relocate. Using research skills to source the best fit location based a a variety of research and personal criteria; everyone involved in the relocation would have their needs met under a pressurized corporate schedule. Lisa dectected the need for a dedicated provision and executive-relocation was set up.
